1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe to our services. We also collect usage data including how you interact with the platform, performance metrics, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
3. AI Processing & Data Sent to Semideus Backend
To power AI coaching, adaptive protocols, and other intelligent features, Semideus may send the following data to Semideus backend systems:
- User prompts submitted to the AI assistant
- Recent conversation context required to continue a session
- Authenticated request context (e.g. user ID, tier, session metadata)
- Protocol-generation requests (workout, learning, career, or mindfulness protocols)
- Nutrition recalculation requests (profile, weight, macro, and meal-plan inputs)
If image uploads are enabled in a future release, images sent through the AI assistant will also be shared with the configured AI pipeline.
4. AI Subprocessors
Semideus uses OpenAI and Anthropic as downstream AI subprocessors for AI coaching and protocol generation. These providers are used only to generate AI responses, personalized protocols, and related in-app coaching features. They are not used for advertising or independent profiling, and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
6. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can revoke AI consent at any time from the Profile screen, and you can request account deletion directly from within the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, protocols, and associated personal data from Semideus systems.
7. Third-Party Services
In addition to the AI subprocessors listed above, we may share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing and data analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your data. To exercise these rights, use the controls on the Profile screen or contact us at the email below.
